Bourbon and Rye Whiskey lovers rejoice!

Slipstream Brewing Social House in Birtinya is not only home to some of the most awarded beers in Queensland (yes, we’re currently the Queensland Beer Awards’ reigning Champion Small / Medium Brewery), we’re now thrilled to be serving some of the world’s finest bourbon and rye whiskeys.

Driven by our love of pure flavour, and also more than a few trips to the United States for ‘research’, we’ve always been drawn to the depth of character and expression in America’s distilling tradition.

Whether you like your whiskey neat, on the rocks or with a dash, or perhaps as a classic Old Fashioned cocktail, we’re sure you won’t find a better list of American bourbons or ryes anywhere on the Coast.

Highlights include Bardstown Fusion Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Green River Wheated Bourbon, Jefferson's Very Small Batch, Old Potrero 6 YO Straight Rye, and Rittenhouse Rye 100 Proof. We’ve even sourced a number of outstanding Australian whiskies, including Archie Rose Rye Malt Whiskey and The Gospel Straight Rye.
