At Slipstream Brewing, we’re passionate about delivering an outstanding hospitality and dining experience at our two venues in Yeerongpilly on the south side of Brisbane, and Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast.

Our mantra is ‘pure flavour’, and we brew award-winning beers that cover the full spectrum of styles from around the world. On the dining front, we offer modern Australian cuisine made with the freshest ingredients and local produce.

Across our two venues, we offer our teams a highly supportive environment to develop and showcase skills in front of house hospitality, restaurant and kitchen operation, bartending and beer service, and cellar management.

  • Senior Sous Chef - Full Time, Yeerongpilly

    Certificate IV in Hospitality Management or Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).

    ..

    Proven experience in high-volume restaurants or venues, with a focus on
    exceptional food.

    ..

    Leadership experience and a track record of developing kitchen teams.

    ..

    Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional
    under pressure.

    ..

    Enthusiastic, flexible, reliable, and passionate about food and teamwork.

    ..

    A problem-solver who uses challenges to improve processes.

    ..

    Available to work a rotating roster (Wed to Sun), including opens and
    closes.
